The Woodlands Car Club Cars & Coffee for a Cause 2011

The Woodlands Car Club will meet at Market Street the first Sunday of each month from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., to continue efforts to provide a fun and creative way to give back to our community.

The purpose behind the meets is to provide a morning gathering to show off our special vehicles within the car club and the local community, share information about needful non-profit organizations in Montgomery County, and to give back monetarily as well. TWCC will be collecting coins / change for our donation to the Market Street “Change for Charities” program that will benefit non-profit organizations in Montgomery County. The four recipients for 2011 are: Special Life Network, facilitate the integration of children, teens, & adults with disabilities into the broader community. The Woodlands Children’s Museum, creates opportunities that educate, empower & excite children and their families through play while inspiring a life-long sense of wonder. Panther Creek Inspirational Ranch, using horses to transform lives and strengthen families coping with mental, emotional, or physical disabilities. Bridgewood Farms, provides programs & services for individuals with special needs, in partnership with the community, and enable individuals who are intellectually disabled to reach their highest potential.

Space is limited, so cars are welcome on a first-come, first-serve basis. When you arrive, you will be checked-in, donations will be collected at that time, and you will be assisted with parking. For more information about TWCC Cars & Coffee for a Cause, or The Woodlands Car Club in general, please call Dana at 281.363.2977, visit this website, or visit us on Facebook. We will make our donation / presentation to one charity per quarter, along with the donation from Market Street's collection from the parking meters. Thank you for your participation! :-)
